I have had many life experiences where I had the opportunity to move forward and re-create myself. Sometimes easily, but most times not so! Raising three boys, developing and managing businesses and trying to keep some sense of self in the process has often times been a challenge.
With a sense of humor in life situations, trust in the ability of the human spirit, and many mentors along the way, I have created a fulfilling life which has served me well. I am playing the second half of the game of life full out! I love the work I do, and I also love my spare time.
In my spare time, I most enjoy my grandson! Taking adventure trips that include hiking, biking, rock climbing, rafting and spa-ing keep me active enough to enjoy my grandson. I’m also an avid swimmer and enjoy long walks.
Besides spending time with family and friends, I enjoy giving time to children who are chronically or terminally ill. I combine my love of outdoor adventures with my love for coaching and volunteer at a camp that supports these experiences for kids with cancer. It is my honor and privilege to hold focus on quality of life for these children.
